I watched it again and enjoyed it just as much

I must halve skipped “That” she scene as didnt see anything disturbing (except the gay sex scene that ended up with him going straight which confused me - the traitor was a bit misleading ... but hey)

I’ve started on the books - half way through the second - really enjoying them. Hope the second season is soon - and just as good!

I am hoping, given its major popularity, that it will become like the crown and Weill be equally as stunning (well I hope) - a friend of mine has had a series based on his books on Netflix and they really do blow the budget and make it good

The Great starts on Sunday 3rd. Similar historic pageantry need to suspend reality a bit for historic accuracy but a comedy ISH. Will be interesting to see how that goes. It's next on my hit list.

I haven’t heard of The Great - is it drama or a comedy (I dont really do historical comedy unless it is silly aka carry on etc)

Loved the series but might have to watch again to concentrate on the plot. I spent far too much time watching for Bridgerton House exterior shots as they were filmed in Greenwich Park at the Ranger's House near my flat which sadly I haven't been able to use for a while.

Hey ho hope springs eternal.
