Booking trip with expected arrival
My wife is due to give birth in a few eeks. As a treat we are thinking of booking DLP for the end of the year, as Disney are offering free cancellations, so we can cancel if Covid is still an issue.
When looking at rooms, we require a Date of Birth for the baby. Do we have to wait until the baby is born before booking the hotel? |

Exciting times ahead!
If it is hotel only then I can't see why you wouldn't be able to amend given that its free cancellation. However for the sake of a few weeks or if its a package then I would wait before booking. At least that way it takes away the messing about. Also there are no special offers on at the moment so no risk in missing out. |

We booked DLP last month for September 2021. Our baby is due in 3wks.
Just booked Unborn Surname with booking date as DOB. Before DS was born we booked a package to Majorca, exactly the same but he was booked as Miss TBC and date of booking as DOB. After baby is born you just update them. Its very very common and people do this all the time, it's really very easy to amend when they're born, a 2min phone call. |
