We did this, with kids and at the request of eldest DS on his birthday.
A never to be forgotten experience and one in which the magic came to us too. We made it is little more challenging than just a visit to every park - we needed to do a ride, character photo and eat something in each park. We were also autograph collecting so a character signature was required. You can read all about it if you click on here One of the most memorable days we have ever experienced

Excited about Disney
|
we plan to do this in August too.
4 parks, ride, penny, photo and snack in each. plus all types of Disney transport: bus monorail boat We are thinking of doing it on a Monday when it's quieter than the weekend and once we are over our jetlag but also while still on-site so EMH and snack credits if you start a social group do post on here, it would be great to join

Great idea. Would love to try this in a few years when the kids are a bit older.

I've never done it myself but I have seen quite a lot of people doing this online. I can see why people enjoy doing it though. Personally I think you would spend too much time travelling from park to park!

I'm keen to give this challenge a try when we go in August. I've read a few trip reports where people have done this challenge and they seem to have had a brilliant time.
We are going to try and get a photopass at an iconic place in each of the parks, eat a snack, meet a character, ride a headliner attraction. We are onsite ànd won't have a car. My current plans are similar to many shared above. EMH AK Bus to HS where I plan on booking our 3 FP Boat to Boardwalk Enter Epcot via international gateway, hoping to be able to book 4th FP Monorail to MK I'm not going to make any ADRs for this day as I don't want to have the complication of having to be at a reservation at a specific time. I hope you have fun with your challenge.

We have done this a long time ago, did HS and rode TT and RnRc made and adr for Primetime, off to Ak and Everest, back to HS for meal (we like to complicate things) Then off to Epcot ,all this in the car, went straight to MK on mono rail, did Thunder mountain and Space Mountain, probably had an ice cream, mono railed back to Epcot for test track and soarin, then Illumanatios, and back to car for home.
A brill day, a kind of spare day to just do what we want, it was a quiet time of year. Would do again, but not this time as we have not been for 10 years and with little ones. |

We did it in 2008 at the end of the trip. We got to the Animal Kingdom for rope drop and rode Everest,Dinosaur and watched it's tough to be a bug. We left about midday and got the bus to Hollywood studios had lunch and went on Toy story mania, rock and roll coaster and Tower of terror. We left about 4 and got the bus to the magic Kingdom and went on Splash mountain,People mover,Carousel of process, haunted mansion,it's a small world and pirates of the Carribean. We left about 8 and got the monorail over to Epcot and went straight over the world showcase to watch the fireworks. As it was Epcots EMH that day it was open to midnight. We had a quick service meal In China and went on living with the land(so much better after the sun gone down),Soarin,Test track and Mission Space. We left about half 12 and got in our room just past 1. So really a 17 hr day was needed to do all 4 parks and back then there was still paper fast passes and the only rides we queued for were Toy Story Mania think that was 45 mins the rest we fast passed or the queue was under 15 mins long.

If it's something you want to do, go for it.
We did it in 2016, it was something DD wanted to do as a challenge, I believe a lot do this challenge. We drove to AK first, then drove to MK, we left the car at MK and got the monorail to Epcot, we then got the boat from gateway to Studios. We then got the bus back to MK to collect the car. It was a fantastic day , we all loved it so much, DD was so buzzed it was great to achieve the challenge. We also added in using the transport, car ,boat, monorail and bus as part of the challenge. We also added in a favorite snack from each park and a pin from each park of one of the three rides that we did in each park.(it didn't matter which three rides we did shortest queue ones or using fastpasses to its advantage) It was a long day ,from park opening and finished about 9.30pm, think we did well. It's you're holiday to do as you please, we had a fabulous day doing this challenge, go for it! Last year DD's challenge was to do every ride in MK(not shows just rides) anthother fantastic day, took a bit more planning with fastpasses and we did buy extra morning hours so got fantasy land done before park opening almost. A long day but again throughly fantastic challenge. Good luck |
