DIBB - park hours section

I am keeping my eye on October 2018 Park hours being released. I can see, using September at the moment that parks are flagged with the words average, recommended, most recommended etc.

Is this due to park numbers so Magic Kingdom has least recommended jut means it’s heaving?

Disney parks are always busy . This is just the most recommended day to visit that park or least recommended day to visit that park.

It is the same as the Busy Day Guide.

I know there's more logic behind the busy day guide, but least recommended almost always means it's because it has EMH that day. It's geared towards off-site guests where it is the common recommendation to avoid the EMH park.

But that doesn't necessarily mean that it will be heaving. A park can be 2/10 crowds and still be least recommended - not that crowd levels that low happen much these days! And a 9/10 crowd park at a busy time of year can still be most recommended, as every park will be packed no matter what.

Do we know roughly when we can expect to see October hours SMAX? Next weekend do you think?

Going by previous months then any day now. Stu is always quick off the mark posting them. Certainly any quicker than any other website.

How do we get them on the Dibb before they are on MDE?

MDE only shows exactly 180 days on a rolling basis. I believe the actual schedule is set in monthly blocks. So it's available on the system to retrieve, just hidden from view.

Disney tends to upload them to a 'special' area on their website for travel agents. For example, here's where you can see the information for April:

media.disneywebcontent/S...WDWApr2018.pdf

Although the DIBB might get the info in a more official manner than just looking for pdf files on Disney's website.
