Hi, First post so be kind...

I thought I would share my experience over the last couple of days.
Had an original booking, that I wanted to change but over a 90 minute wait on Saturday to get through to change and did not have the time. I was concerned that the room may be limited and not be available by the time I got through on the call.

I decided to take a risk and make a new booking (With one person) - added bonus, was I forgot to get the $100 additional gift card on the original booking, so I thought it was worth the risk of having to pay a £50 cancellation fee.

The good news is when I called to make the change and add my wife and kids onto new the booking and cancel the old booking, they agreed to waive the cancellation fee on the old one. Hope this helps someone... as the advise I have had on here has been great.

Sounds like you've got the knack of the game already! Welcome to the Dibb! Everyone on here is super helpful & the stuff I learnt whilst planning my last trip was invaluable. Happy planning!

I've just phoned VH and asked about it and she wasn't hugely helpful and said that she doesn't know how much they charge for the tickets as their system doesn't show them, just the total price (cannot believe that). She said that disney set their ticket prices for them. hmmm ah well. £200 more on the price of 2 tickets... no thank you!

Wow that is cheeky, I've been charged same price as Disney UK £449. My overall WL price with dxdp upgrade and 14 day ultimate works out a better price with VH including flights than if I'd booked with an other or Disney UK.

I booked instore, not sure if that makes a difference?

when I do my quote it shows the tickets as being 1,039 or 1,049 (not got it on screen at mo) for 2 tickets, which I think is bad!

I was quoted over the phone £429 by Disney for a 7 day or £449 for the 14 day?

VH just quoted £449 for the 14 day automatically with no option for the 7 day or £429, I'm still happy mind as price including flights for me was cheaper with VH than with Disney.

On Disney's website, the 14-day tickets are £429 if bought as part of a package, but they are £449 if bought on their own. With the package you get the "14-days for the price of 7" deal.

You'll only get quoted the cheaper price if buying a package.
