I booked the City Pass for NYC when they had a promo. I am sure I have booked tours on there too!

we used them a couple of years ago from toronto airport to niagara falls the guy was lovely , he was american and his son lived in orlando so we had plenty to talk about, would book them again

I have in the past, Expedia used to use them too for their tours so I'd compare between the two to see which cost less
