What sites do you use and what one do you advise to use. Looking for villa in Cumbrian lakes

 The other Cumbrian lakes we have booked is for this year so can't recommend yet! We've stayed in 6 different villas now and only had trouble with one which was last year's, they put it up for sale but we got a deposit back and booked another in plenty of time! If you go onto Homeaway put in the community you want and then check some out, there is a section where previous guest have left feedback so maybe go for one of those which have quite a few reviews and recent ones so you know it's all ok. I think there is a sticky at the top of the accommodation page where you can check if the villa is up to date with taxes ect.

Just a thought why don't you search Cumbrian lakes in the search bar and see if anyone who has stayed at Cumbrian Lakes has done a trip report, you'll be able to see photos and then ask them about it!

orlandovillas.com have a 4 & a 6 bed in Cumbrian Lakes, used them twice in the past with no problems
