Disney ticket mix up

I have noticed on MDE that two Disney tickets have been allocated incorrectly. My husbands is showing as a child ticket and vice-versa for my son. Does anyone know if I can change this myself on MDE (there is an option on the app that says ‘reassign ticket’ but it doesn’t do anything when pressed - will it be different on a desktop version do you think? Has anyone had this and how did you resolve - do I have to call Disney or is there an email address I could use? TIA

I had something similar. I did online chat with Disney and they sorted it in under 2 minutes

Try phoning the Disney technical support freephone number they should be able to help you.

this happened to us last year but we didn't pick up on it until we tried going into the park on our first day, the CM noticed the error and corrected it there and then
