Refund from disney

I just contacted Disney through the chat on MDE app, they said should receive refund in 7-10 business days. I'm at day 10 now, they told me to contact Disney on UK number.

Cancelled on 8th June received cancellation email straight away and 2 days later refund in CC account .

The only correspondence I’ve received from then since cancelling is the updated invoice showing the 35% discount. Not sure what’s going on.

This is now worrying me. I logged in to cancel both my bookings. Since then I've only received an email with an updated invoice with 35% off and nothing else.

I just went on chat on MDE and they couldn't tell me anything and told me to ring Disney UK. They're closed now... I've emailed Disney but I just got an auto reply, which also told me to call and that they couldn't respond to individual requests. Annoying.

I cancelled on 16th June and have not heard anything yet and my booking is still showing in MDE. We only paid deposit though but I thought we got that back.

That is strange! I was checking my accounts each day. We’d only paid a £200 deposit and, later, a £50 amendment fee. We’d paid on different cards each time. The £50 was more noticeable in my current account. The £200 showed up as a recent transaction on my credit card but was dated April 2019 so I really had to look for it on my account.

We cancelled as soon as had the email and like others I have heard nothing apart from getting a copy of my revised invoice
