Cancelling Universal / Seaworld / Aquatica Reservations

Anyone managed to cancel their reservations for park entrances to the above
on-line? When I enter my reservation order number it says it hasn't been recognised.

No problem with the Disney ones.

Made the reservations when they were first available for Oct this year but now with our flights cancelled I want to cancel the reservations so others can get access.

I have just been trying to do this but I have been getting the same message.

I cancelled my Busch Garden ones through Facebook messenger. Seaworld didn't respond.

Still can't do it and no response from any of the parks via their online contact form unfortunately.

I am also having this same issue. If we just book another date it won’t affect our tickets will it? As in they won’t be used if we don’t show for the first dates?

Would rather cancel so I’m not taking up a space someone could be using but can’t seem to get through to anyone at all!

Finally got a response today (5 weeks later) and they have cancelled the reservation from their end. Only problem is that i still have loads of other days reserved at different parks so to send each reservation detail individually would be more bother than its worth I think.
I'm presuming it won't affect the tickets we have as they won't have been validated from the first day of use.

I got a response today too. I messaged seaworld via Facebook messenger and they have cancelled my reservations for seaworld and aquatica and we’re really helpful!

I think the tickets should be fine
