Yes, unplug, wait a bit (I left mine a minute, but not sure how long it actually needed) and then plug back in again.

Ok, look at your router, is there a reset button/little hole where you have to use a paper clip to get into it? If you try that it should work, but you may have to enter your password on your devices again
