Mobile Think we’ll make it?

My 2 year old is 37.25 inches (with shoes on). We go on 18th January - think she’ll hit 38?

I’m measuring her weekly at the moment!

Lots of vegetables and a good sturdy pair of trainers with a decent bulk on the heel (that shes broken in), to wear on the day and she might be ok. Stand up nice and straight

My 6 year old was a little short for some of the rides at Alton Towers. I added some insoles to her shoes then got her measured to get a wrist band.

My Son is 3 and is currently 39.3 inches, we were due to fly out next Monday but due to TC issues we managed to find flights on the 5th November so He's got 5 extra weeks to grow 0.7 inches for Spiderman, etc

I saw a tip on the DFB the other week which said to measure them with the arms above their head as that stretches them to give you an idea of their “true height” and you know if you are being unsafe in getting them to ride something when they are too short.

Quick update. We fly on Saturday and I just measured her and she is - drumroll please - 38 inches!

I know it can still be hit and miss but at least I know it’s safe to try.

If you’ve got time go to a sketchers store. Their kiddies shoes have some good size heels, especially the ones with lights in

That’s what I’ve got for her! She’s 38 inches wearing them.
