Do DISNEY send real tickets ?

Disney UK website seem to be cheapest for 21 Say Ultimate for 2020.

Do they send real tickets or vouchers ?

They send credit card type things that you’ll need to link to your MDE you use them the same way you would a magic band, so no need to go to ticket booth or guest services

For us they sent no actual tickets but ‘will call’. You can link to MDE and automatically use any ticket or magic band. Or collect an actual ticket on arrival. Once you have a magic band or ticket you never actually need a future ticket. Just link future purchases to the person in MDE and they are good to go.

So 2 people above - one was sent an actual ticket - and one was sent a "will call" ticket.

How do I ensure real tickets ?

Disney UK definitely don’t send tickets. You get a email once you’ve paid with a reference number which you link on MDE. So the “tickets” are on your magic bands (if you have them). If you really want actual tickets you pick them up at Will call when you get there.

I don't have Magic Bands ( we don't like them) - when I get to Florida do I have to go to the windows at the theme park to get the credit card style tickets or can I do it at Downtown Disney or a Hotel Reception ?

They dont send tickets. You can pick up the cards in Disney Springs or at the Themeparks.

If you have a Onsite Reservation at a Disney Hotel you get Magic Bands. If you dont want the Magic Bands they will give you the cards at the front desk

Disney do not send physical tickets. We always buy from Disney and use magic bands, you would need to go to guest services (not hotel reception) to get a ticket.

There is a ticket office so I expect there. I can’t locate it on the map now, but I went to Guest Services and was directed to it from there. It was a very short walk, they said to me I got there quicker than the electronic notification I was on my way.
