Cancelling Seat

Hi flying to MCA in February. We have flight and car booked with BA. One person now cannot go. What costs do BA charge to cancel one seat off the booking

Depends on the terms of the fare you have booked... usually the lowest cost fares are non-refundable... higher cost fares sometimes have some flexibility.

I have a same sort of problem booked 6 low fare flights with Norwegian my dd and her boyfriend might no be able to afford to go so 2 flights I cannot claim back

Yes daughter and her boyfriend have broken up. Booked Disney as well, won't cancel that part of holiday

they have only paid deposit on rooms they will only loose a small amount where I hae lost flight money as I paid in advance for them grrrr

i have only paid deposit for everything. But just been looking on BA site it says you can't cancel one ticket, you must cancel the whole booking, which i will not do as they were very good prices and prices have incressed

oh no that's a bummer can she not take a friend and just change the name

I have had to remove a person from a BA booking of flight plus car in June 2016 for a holiday in September 2016. They just removed the cost of one flight and recalculated the price per person which slightly increased due to the car being between 3 instead of 4. Give them a phone as they were really helpful with me.

if any consolation you can always in worst case get a partial refund for the tax paid on the flight
