Have you ever just sat and screamed?
Or done some other random thing to let it all out (apart from the obvious)...

I've been driving the car and screamed before to let some stress and upset out.
Nobody can hear you in the car when you're on your own, it's a great stress reliever 😂

Yes I have. Also, when my husband was ill and it was hard in the house I used to drive to Morrison’s car park and just sit and cry. I felt so much better after it. I even used to have my own little spot

I have a terrible temper, it doesn't take much to make me shout and scream (not at people I hasten to add!), usually involves the abuse of inanimate objects, and mostly in the car when the damn thing won't pick up my google maps.

Yes - often . Not driven but stood outside and screamed . It great way of relieving stress - I had to do it the other day when some stupid people were winding me up and I felt so much better for screaming . I personally dont care who hears as long as I dont annoy them as I feel its a natural relief

Yes, when my dad was really ill towards the end of his life and my sister was being an absolute nightmare with me. I have never felt stress like it in my life. I think if I hadn't I would have burst (or punched her one..).
