Going to the beach ALWAYS helped me feel better when I was sick. The air, the salt water, the sun. Might have been psychosomatic but it worked for me. If you have access to a car, drive to Cocoa or Clearwater and spend the day at the ocean. Might be a bit chilly admittedly.

Tried going to centra care only for them to say they don’t take our insurance! I had called the insurance in advance and they had said go anywhere!

I hope you get sorted out soon, and sending gentle hugs, I will keep looking for updates. When my son was ill, my insurance told us to call a Dr out.

In celebration now. They have a new children’s ER and it’s great. We got put in a private room and had a doctor come immediately. They want to run a few tests but it’s all good.

Oh bless you how awful for you. Is your little one still being sick? Such a long time for them poor thing. I wonder if it’s food poisoning as bugs tend to be a 24 hour thing. I hope you’re all on the mend soon and can enjoy your holiday x

Both threw up this morning. It’s what finally prompted me to do something as it was a few days since my older one was sick. They’re sleeping in a hospital bed right now. I love that the children’s ER has private rooms.
