I have qs and read on here you can upgrade to ts , is it possible to just upgrade part of your package ie we want to do akershus breakfast and Hollywood and vine so can we have 12 days of qs and then 2days paid to upgrade to ts

No, you have to upgrade it for your entire stay.

Thanks so much for taking the time to write all this. I noticed you said you need to set up a pub number for your magic band. Is that to authorise a payment of credits or to charge things to your room or both. Please can you 're me how to set up the pin. I customised our magic bands a few days ago but it didn't mention anything about a pin number. Thanks x

The pin number is needed to use your dining plan credits and also charge to your room. You'll tap your magic band against the reader, then enter your pin to confirm. It also helps stop abuse if people lose their bands.

Trying to think back to last year, I'm pretty sure I set them up when we did online check in, but you can do it when you get to your resort if you haven't done it beforehand. We've got 2 children, so I used their year of birth as an easy 4 digit number for them to remember, and they loved being able to get themselves a snack or meal and tap their pin in - made them feel very grown up. I didn't allow them room charging privileges though

Great stuff thanks. We'll just do it when we arrive then. Do we need a different pin for each magic band or can we all have the same pin. Thanks

You can set the pin any time and it’s easy to reset if you forget what it is - just log in and choose a new one. We both have the same pin for easiness so you can choose whatever you want. It’s just whoever pays that needs it.

It's up to you. DH and I have the same pin, but the children have their year of birth so it's easy for them to remember

Thanks that's a big help. So we can all have the same pin so the kids could charge things to the room on their bands too then x
