Advice needed for meds!

So taking my little sister to Florida for her first time for a big family holiday, she has hidden disabilities so has some medication to take, some being a controlled drug! Do we need to inform anyone about these? I’ve been to Florida a few times but never needed to know till now!?

Take them in there original containers and a copy of her prescription and no more than 90 days supply you may want to take a GPS letter but it’s not necessary

My teenager is on 2 controlled drugs. We bring unopened medication, in its original container. We bring a copy of the prescriptions, and a letter from the consultant. The medication we bring is in liquid form, so it is always tested at security. No problems to date.
