Has anyone looked into the "purchase a new AP" thing I read about on another site? Looks like they have opened up sales to those of us that cancelled our APs during the closure period but I can't seem to find any information as to whether that would mean your AP would start straight away or if you could purchase now and use later on in the year once travel resumes

Thanks! The guy I spoke to said it would be passed to the finance department to process but he didn't give me an estimate of how long that would take - I probably should have asked him!

Yeah I asked as she was a bit vague initially and just said "call back if you don't hear anything" and I questioned when to call back. I'm not 100% sure she knew the timeframe but she thought it would be within the next 4 weeks

Glad you've finally received your gift card but sadly I'm still waiting on mine. It's been over 4 weeks now since I spoke to them so I might need to follow up.. again! We've already called 3 times trying to sort a refund

That was the same day I spoke to them so hopefully mine will come through soon. Really hoping I don't have to call again. Agree it's very frustrating and has seemed a far more complicated process than it should be. For one thing I've tried emailing a couple of times to try and find out what's going on but have been told only the Cast Members on the phoneline can access account info - how insane is that?!
