Until I start my diet properly on the 1st January I am considering buying a couple of these vests to squash my man boobs.

Some ladies like shapewear, so no reason a man shouldn't.
Personally accept yourself, or rectify what you dislike sometimes this involves not eating chunky kit kats however.
