will i need passport ID to pick up gift card that is offered with free dining

or just the letter and booking confirmation

i ask because the booking is for my mum but as i am paying then i wanted to collect the gift card which will be for myself

Passport ID for the name on the booking form. I have seen them turn people away without proper ID I�m afraid as well.

If you�ve booked direct with Disney you collect it at the World of Disney Store at Disney Springs.

Yes I too have seen people turned away, though Im sure I used my driving licence. But dont take my word for that in case Im wrong/its changed.
