We stayed at the Wynn last June. We loved the pool at the Wynn and used to have our mornings there chilling. To get around the strip as said the monarail isnt really an option its quicker to walk but we did use the bus to get around and when hotel hopping further up the strip the do day passes that eased my tired feet. Or walking though the Palazzo shops to the Venetian and then into the linq you are soon mid strip theirs a few coffee shops and cake or cocktails to help you along.

I notice you have buffet breakfast, the buffet at the Wynn Is fab we werent that impressed with the other ones we tried found them just ok but its vegas there was plenty of choice everywhere else 😀

Personally I think buffets are very over rated now not a patch on what they used to be .

So I wouldnt be too fussed if you dont jse all your vouchers .

I wouldnt bother with the monorail pass the Wynn doesnt have a stop and its not that far from the Center strip , some of the monorail stations are a long way back .

Personally having done the drive that Williams Arizona recently , I wouldnt fancy a day trip to the south rim its a long drive there and back .

Id kill to go see Aerosmith , Im hoping to catch Def Leopard in concert there later in the year but they arent a patch on Aerosmith !

Reading all your advice has made it real now! Im so excited!
We booked it last year and dont need to pay for it until Monday so its kind of being a backburner holiday.

Still unsure what to do about the GC, I dont think staying a night is an option and theres so much we want to do I Las Vegas but then we cant not go and see it when were so close!

If you have already done the West Rim I don't think I would personally not try to do the South Rim in a day. Unless of course there is no chance of doing it in the future.

South Rim really deserves a good 8 hours and being there for dusk or dawn.

The buffet at the Wynn is awesome. I can't eat what I used to so have stopped using buffets. Ended up using the Terrace Point Cafe instead. All the restaurants in the Wynn/Encore are really good.

We had a wild couple of days and nights in Vegas in April. Aerosmith were AMAZING. We ended up with fantastic tix and were very close to Steven Tyler all night.
Stayed at Vdara in a gorgoeus room (free 2 nights after collecting Myvegas coins for 8 months) and had 2 free buffets at Aria. Not a gambler so didn't do that. Used Uber everywhere (linked it to my fairfx dollar card) and also got tix on Groupon for the Linq wheel and zip wire experience. Then flew back to the Tampa bay area for some relaxation

Glad you enjoyed Vegas. We have stayed at Vdara before and love it. Staying there for 3 free nights next week, and have free buffets for Aria, Bellagio and Mirage, all with Myvegas. We use Uber/Lyft and dont rent a car unless we are going for a day trip. Bet Aerosmith were brilliant,
