Collecting $200 gift card offer from booking
Hi,
We booked our Disney holiday direct with Disney and it came with $200 gift card promotion. When we checked in last night the concierge knew nothing about it. Has anybody claimed this already and knows who to speak to/ where to go?

We have never done this but have it for our trip next year
I have seen a thread which suggests that you collect it from guest services at Disney Springs (I will always call it Downtown Disney lol) Make sure the lead guest who's name is on the booking is there and that they have photo ID I'm sure somebody will be along shortly who has done it |

Did you receive the pack from Disney before you left? We received on Saturday the paperwork confirming our booking, what was included (dining plan, tickets), who was on the booking, the Little Book of Magic and the book of discount vouchers.
Attached to the bottom of the paperwork was a tear off section that I need to exchange at World of Disney for our $200 gift card. It also explained exactly where it was, who needed to collect it and that ID was required.

We go in 3 weeks and have just received travel docs from Disney which has a tear off voucher attached with the $200 attached which is to be exchanged at guest services at DTD. Would be worth speaking to Guest Services. I'm sure they could retrieve your booking.

We didn't receive the voucher but still managed to collect with passport and invoice. We collected from The Jewellery section in World of Disney at DTD.

We didn't get any holiday pack this year  We will head over to DTD later tonight with passport and report back.
