You usually see a lot of SUP rental offers on Groupon , example here of one in Fort Myers area.

This costs $39 for 2 x 4 hour rentals groupon/deals/hop-on...paddleboards-1.

When we have rented in the past prices have been similar. Of course if you want a lesson it would cost more but don't really need them just try and keep your back straight and bend from the knees.

I can recommend Hooked on Sup by Rotonda West, very patient and they offer lessons, guided tours and one goes to the hidden lagoon on Lemon Bay. I am on the IPAD so will post the link later for you.

Had never seen this before until we went to Yellowstone and they were doing it on the Snake River at the Grand Tetons. My question - how do you get back to where you started from?

You turn round and paddle back (assume we are talking about SUP here)
