Mobile PortAventura - is a day enough

We’ve got three nights booked in Barcelona this April. When looking at things to do I’ve realised how close Port Aventura is and thought we might go for the day using the train. Would one full day be enough?
We’ve already got plans for our other days so realistically wouldn’t be able to spend any more time there.

My two teenagers went over Christmas. They were there for the opening time and stayed until about 4.30pm. They didn’t do everything and used the single rider line the second day. They loved it though! We were lucky in that there was a special Christmas promo where a 2 day ticket was only 7€ more expensive than a one day one!

There is a lot to do at Port Aventura. Lots of shows etc
And a very good number of rides
The top 10 or whatever get big queues , from my experience but that’s August
We tended to do the evenings as it opens till midnight in the summer - not sure about April but if they have good hours that may help

As an example this was the queue board when we got their this summer at about 630 pm on a weekday

Other evenings were quieter though as the week went on

We visit in October and usually walk on most rides so a full day would be enough without any shows.
Weekends are really busy though so something to consider plus if you want to Ferrari land as well as the main park.

Thanks everyone, fingers crossed it’ll be quiet for us and a day will be enough. I’ve seen tickets offering Ferrari Land for and extra 6 euros when purchasing the PortAventura ones so think we’ll probably get that too just so we can have a look around - there’s no way any of us will be going on the Red Force coaster though!
