Weber kettle bbq - direct or indirect heat. I've cooked whole chicken, large joints of meat and even pizzas and of course usual burgers.

Really envious , nearly bought the big green egg but as we had a bbq before and never really used it (lockdown made us want one again ) couldn’t justify it so dh went to Costco to get the next best thing the Louisiana kamado and came home with a nexgrill kettle

We have just gone from charcoal to gas and I didn't think I'd like it, but its a revelation

We even did breakfast on it yesterday and it was sooooo tasty!

Got the Aldi Kamado when they came back on sale for a day on Friday. Looking forward to it being delivered. They sold out again in 24hrs- absolute bargain they are and go for £500 on eBay.

We've had a few big gas ones over the years but went out and bought a charcoal one few weeks ago. Cant beat the taste from a real bbq
