a week in Birmingham in November

Taking the lot of us to Birmingham in November for a week.

The motorcycle museum is right up dh's street, so it is on my short list. Those of you in the area have any suggestions? What is not to be missed?

(love the planning bit)

Where are you staying? Are there children? Do you have transport?

I’d say consider Cadbury World, Black Country Living Museum in Dudley and Warwick Castle. If you are foodies, the Digbeth Dining Club is fab for really tasty street food.

A agree with Cadbury world and Black Country museum, both great days out. Also Drayton manor isn’t far a decent theme park. There is a nice sealife centre in the city and the think tank is meant to be good too. West midland safari park is another nice day out.

Ooooh I don't know where we shall stay yet. It would be me, dh, and kids 18, 14, and 10. We will have a car.

Thanks! Dd(18) would love the Cadbury World. She makes treats with chocolate all the time. Tell me more about the Dining Club.

Drayton Manor sounds like a good time. Can you tell me more about the think tank?

The Christmas market will probably be on too in November, we’ll worth a visit.

Just so you know, Drayton Manor will close for the main 2020 season 1st November so will be shut for your visit.

West Midlands Safari Park is worth a visit

Another vote for West Midlands Safari Park. Leamington Spa is a lovely town with a big park and a river running through it, great shops and restaurants there too.
