Mobile Beds at Cheyenne

Morning all. Planning to stay at Cheyenne next year but have read a few reviews on trip advisor saying that the beds are hard and uncomfortable. Planning on booking a room with 2 double beds. If you have stayed in one I’d these rooms since the upgrade could you advise me if beds are ok or not pls. Thank you.

I think it's a really subjective thing, we went in November last year and I felt the beds were so hard it made for a really uncomfortable sleep. Where as Gill H, another poster here, went at exactly the same time and found the beds to be fine.

Thank you HappyPanda. My friend has condition which affects her bones and levels of comfort so hoping they are comfortable and if not will consider alternative hotel but not sure if beds are different in other hotels. Maybe SL? Thanks again for answering.

The beds are fairly new so yes, they are firm, but I didn’t find them a problem.

However, if it’s a worry, maybe try Sequoia Lodge if budget allows? It hasn’t had a refurb for a good while, so while the decor may be a little tired by now, the beds shouldn’t be hard!

SL is always my favourite if budget allows. Lovely woodsy theming and a great cosy bar. Plus, that bit nearer to walk to the parks.

Yes, they are hard.

However the pull out bed is one of the comfiest things I have ever slept on! My mum insisted she had the big bed and I had the pull out, she soon regretted her decision

I find the beds hard but I prefer it but if need comfort then possibly choose a trundle room - 1 double 1 trundle bed (pull out) as this is much more comfortable.

Read my report for a right moan, but the take home messagE was great resort, bone crushing beds, ruined the holiday for us. But as others have said, it’s subjective
