well i tried a load of diets but the only thing that works for me personally is weight watchers. it comes off slower than I would like (1lb - 2lb per week which what they recommend) but its the only diet that works for me.

 Thank you for taking the time to read the pre trippie! it's quite big, have you even gone to bed yet?! well, I probably would be the worrier but if I was me & Dave would be a pair of worriers and we'd never get anything done hehe! Ps: Loving the start to your trip report btw, cant wait for the Sky Diving day!
