Cool, I remember sending some info to imagineers and actually highlighted what benefits there was for Star Wars, and said they should look even at a Disney Resort themed like one of the lands in SW such as Tatooine, Endor or the likes.
The 3 originals will never be bettered though for me. FD

Avatarland would probably go ahead as its for Animal Kingdom and Star Wars Land would most likely be for DHS.

Think this is great news and a natural pairing that will lead to lots of success and fun for fans all round in regards to films, parks and don't forget lots and lots of merchandise which is the main place Mr Lucas made most of his money from.
Disney are great at handling all of this and I'm sure will take a lot of inspiration from a number of generations of fans. Don't forget that Star Wars is ultimately a childrens film franchise with lots of enthusiastic fans of all ages. Couldn't be in safer hands really when you think about it. I can still recall George talking about a live action tv series that never came about so news of a full blown new trilogy and longer term plans sounds like an obvious move for the franchise. It will also give a new generation of younger fans a specific set of characters to touch base with.

Love this news (saw it last night) and it would be amazing if they could create Star Wars Land in DHS. There were rumours about Carsland coming to DHS but now the Star Wars franchise has been aquired, it's got to be Star Wars Land! Thank you Disney and George Lucas!
