Full marks Admiral - this is how to treat loyal customers

Got my £25 today 👍 obviously not a lot of money in the scheme of things, but its value will be much more in promoting customer loyalty I would imagine e.g I’m happy to stay with Admiral for the foreseeable whereas I will never use Holiday Extras again!

Called up, and Admiral matched the best offer I had (didn't tell them the other insurer had a higher excess... Tad sneaky, but everything else was the same).

We had our refund back on to our credit card over a week ago.
