Hotel for 5 in Uk!

So if my Croatia trip follows my Florida one and gets cancelled and I’m stuck with the UK does anyone know of good holidays for a family of 5? Unlike the states it’s very hard to find hotels with rooms for 5 over here.
I would go up to Scotland but husband fancies the chance of better weather down south (we’re Newcastle so anywhere is south for us!), and I would like somewhere with lots to do around the area in case the weather is bad. I’ve looked at cottages but not much left and the ones that are have a ridiculous price and are generally pretty grim (especially compared to what you get for your money in Florida!)

Have a look on somewhere like Trivago. You could put a county in and your dates with the.numer of people and rooms.

As it covers hotels and house / apartments you may want to do a search for more than one room as well.

Otherwise Airbnb or homeaway may also be other options.

Norfolk is south of you and a very nice part of the country.

Thanks I’ll do that. I’ll have a look at Norfolk but never imagined there was much there.

Some of the best coastline in the country and coastal towns. There are the Norfolk Broads and the City of Norwich.

If you need your theme park fix there is Pleasurewood hills and Pleasure Beach fair in Great Yarmouth.

Lots to do for all ages.

Haha I’m sure the coastline is lovely but might not hit Northumberland but I would give you the better weather without a doubt in Norfolk!
It’s all so depressing looking in the U.K. so thinking I haven’t got the right mindset.
