Ocean florida quote

Has anyone ever booked with ocean florida. I'm getting a quote from them and presumed it would be via email. However they keep ringing. I know this sounds daft but, I won't have to pay anything just for the quote with them will I? Also are they a good company to book through?

We have used Ocean Florida before and had no problems, this time we are using Charter Travel as they have come up about �3k less for a more upto date villa.
The reason they will be trying to phone you as they will want more information to help get a more accurate quote, what you really want in a villa, area of villa, Flights (direct/indirect) and other things you might want, all of these kinds of company's will call you after you have requested a quote so dont be surprised. the quotes are free you only pay when you agree on a holiday.

Thank you, that really does help. I will answer them next time to see what they can offer.

I almost booked with them a few years ago but went with VH in the end. They seemed perfectly fine to me and were helpful on the phone. I've also seen good reviews of them on here and other places.

We had our villa through them on our last trip in February! They were brilliant, nice and convenient office for picking up our welcome pack, the villa itself was great, they phoned the next morning to ask if everything was OK, and the maintenance guys were around in no time to fix the pool cover that had torn slightly when I mentioned it. I wouldn't hesitate to book with them again.

No you won't pay for a quote. I mail them and ask them not to call but to email me, which they do until I am ready to book when they arrange a time to call me. Apart from one lady who I felt could not be bothered to look around for me ( last year), all advisors I have dealt with have been great, tweak booking for me until I am completely satisfied.

I have booked 3 of my last 4 holidays with them. This year was cheaper than DIY ( if I go

). Any after sales questions have always been answered promptly.

I cannot comment on their office in Orlando as thankfully I have not had any issues/need to contact them.

We have used Ocean Florida 4 times and wouldn�t hesitate using them again. You do not get access to the V room if they select Virgin flights and if using Downtown Disney check in I think it costs $10 each but it may have gone up since.
