Mobile Protein in a trail mix

I love making my own trail mix, nits, seeds, raisins, pretzels etc. I find that it is heavy carb/fat based.

Any suggestions on how to increase the protein?

Hi pumpkin seeds and seasme seeds are dense in protein and really nice without being too crabby. I dry roast them.

Just googled high protein trail mix which says you can make protein clusters from crunchy peanut butter, protein powder and a little milk.

Thanks so much, I saw that too. I have also found that peanuts and pumpkin seeds have a slightly higher protein content so will add those too.
