Mobile Full Board Question

Can unused vouchers at DLP be used to purchase snacks at the end of our stay? (Similar to WDW dining plan credits, for example).

I wouldn't bother. Just make sure you plan ahead and get your reservations made to use up your meal vouchers.

Do you really need full board? Far too much food for us. Essentially it is a breakfast buffet and two three course meals (or buffets) a day. Officially the vouchers can only be used for TS meals although some CMs may let you use them for CS (which to be honest is a waste of money and time - you can easily spend over half an hour queueing for lukewarm mediocre food at a CS, whereas you could spend the same amount of time at a buffet).

If you got it free, go ahead, but if you paid for it then I would personally consider downgrading to half board.
