Mobile Please help... photos expired
Didn’t realise there was a 45 day window to save PhotoPass pictures. Have lost all of my photos. Is there a number I can ring to see if I can get them back? Has anyone else had the same issue?

Don't have the number to hand but you can email them. Details on website and they should add them back on for a week.

Just in case anyone is in/gets in the same situation. I rang Disney (the technical help number on the website) and after about an hour all of my photos were back on my account for 7 days.

Hi, I've just discovered all of our photos have expired. I remember noting that we would need to download before 31st of December (although may have been by 31st December or maybe I just mentally remembered NYE as the date). Either way, they are all gone. It was our first trip with our youngest baby. Are they definitely able to restore them? I remember they used to email you all the time to advise how many days you had until deletion - seems this is no longer the case. Really hope we can regain access.

Same thing happened to me, I emailed them and they put them all back on, I was extremely relieved to say the least.
