What did we have or are having for dinner this Sunday!

We tend to have a roast most Sundays. Pork chops this week

That’s looks lovely. We had a sausage traybake, added peppers, onions and broccoli. We served it with mash.

It was really nice, but made even more enjoyable by the fact that hubby cooked as I worked all day

Beans on toast for us!

My cooker literally made a loud popping sound and smoke came out last week

New oven not coming till later this week so lots of make do meals on the hob for a few days

Will be a roast chicken dinner tonight, stir fry with the meat tomorrow and leftovers in a pie for Wednesday.

We had Moroccan chicken with chickpeas spinach & jacket potatoes, Aldi recipe it got the thumbs up from Hubbie 🙊😉
And dessert was bread pudding, made yesterday, added some custard 😋
