Having a bit of a wobble now.

I've booked dinner here for 7:30pm in August but I'm now thinking, will it be too dark to see any animals?

I can't remember... what time does it get dark n Orlando?

Jiko is an absolutely beautiful restaurant though. The lighting changes over the course of the meal to mimic an African day.

There’s nothing stopping you going into the AK Jambo House building and watching the animals there, I think they have night vision binoculars from around 7pm so you can see the animals out on the savannahs. Just because the animals are not available to see from the restaurants doesn’t mean you need to miss them. There must be spots to see them from inside Kidani Village too.

I’ve been doing some online research for our upcoming holiday and this place sounds interesting to us since we will be staying at the AK Lodge and it’s just a short walk to the restaurants there.
