Nivea Spray Sunscreen £3.75
Just been to Tesco and they have reduced the aerosol cans of Nivea Protect and Refresh sunscreen (spf 20 and 50) to £3.75.
I tend to pick up sunscreen when in the US but couldn't pass up this offer for our October trip. Hope this helps somebody else. |

Just a word of warning - don't wear it with white! We bought this one and have just had to bin a load of white tops and an expensive white bra where it rubbed and made a weird pinky colour on it. Wouldn't even come out with a Vanish soak!
Was fine with other colours, or maybe we just can't see the pink.

Personally I'd rather spend an extra few quid and not buy nivea. I burn more using nivea than with no protection at all! I'm also noticing this is an increasing trend with people I speak to..

Yes, Nivea irritates us too. Also buying Sunscreen in the US may be cheaper but they are 10 years behind on ingredients, the FDA are currently reviewing ingredients to bring in line with EU sunscreen safety. So I would buy here all the time before going. I'm a Melanoma patient, I use P20 factor 50 and apply once in morning and again at lunch (as all day actually means 4 hours in sunscreen land), and for the kids I use Boots Soltan F50 Once for kids and apply at morning and lunch.
Look for non staining too. But as a rule, because we are always covered in cream, we never wear white and it saves on the washing |
