How often do Magic Bands get updated on MDE

I’ve been trying for weeks to get the toy story MB & BB8 they keep appearing but not available. They weren’t even listed earlier & ive just checked & there on now but still saying out of stock 🤷🏻

I've got no idea, but I'm wondering how you can see anything at all? Ever since the whole upgraded Magic Bands thing came along, all we've ever been able to see is a page with Donald Duck saying "You can't have access" when we try to do anything to our Magic Bands. I've resigned myself to 3 grey bands, but wonder if I'm doing something wrong! I don't care about specific bands - I just want three different ones (so easier to tell apart) and preferably ones which aren't grey!

Sorry, I don't understand how you can only see grey bands. Have you tried using a laptop, tablet or mobile phone with the Disney site? I know they can work differently at times, might just be a MDE wobble...

Our DD's ticket gives her the Toy Story one, alongside our 3 coloured ones.

Log into the WDW website & click MDE & the click magic bands & that will bring you to the page where you edit your bands. It shows all the bands on there but most of them aren’t available. The coloured ones are all available & they’re free.

It doesn't though - it shows me a page with Donald Duck and "Access Unavailable". I assumed this was happening to everyone, but it seems not...

That’s strange? This is what I see at the minute. There’s quite a few more but I’ve just screenshot it.

Give them a ring, seems very bizarre to me!

They seem to fluctuate constantly, you can be on there one minute and a new band comes online and then by the time you click on it its out of stock!

They seem to be different every day! I’ve only looked not tried to continue with a purchase ... I find the choices different on the same day tho if you look morning and evening!
