Anyone booked with Travel Up?

Spotted some flights with Finnair (but operated by American Airlines), but they are with Travel up. Just wondered if anyone had booked with them?

Yeah we used them for our easter flights this year. No problem at all and miles cheaper than anywhere else. We got confirmation email right away and could view our reservation on the virgin website no problem.

They were awful to deal with ! They kept hanging up the phone on me & were unbelievably rude. I honestly would NEVER use them , pay the few extra pounds & use BA or Virgin, they are so much easier to deal with. Travel Up have ZERO customer care & are not at all interested once they hav e taken the booking.

I'd double check the price of the flights direct through Finnair. There might be not much difference in price. I always try to book direct with the airline if possible as it reduces the element of risk.

Thanks everyone. We ended up booking different flights with Expedia, which are now confirmed on the Aer Lingus website.

Lucky escape. Travelup are appalling with customer service once they have your money
