Late paying balance to WDTC

My balance was due today and I've just spent the last 45 mins on the phone trying to pay but kept getting cut off, I'm usually so good but I'm in WDW at the moment and just lost track of time. It's now gone 8pm back home so phone lines are closed and I really needed to do it over phone to split payment, anyone know if it gets cancelled immediately if not paid or they allow at least a day?

could you do it over the internet and pay some off. At least that shows willing?

I was late was mine back in the summer due to wages being paid late, I called them but they said there was not a problem as they generally would wait 7 days before contacting me anyway. My wages were paid 6 days later and I rang and paid them no problem

we late paid once - my savings took longer to be transferred than expected and they told me 7 days before they contact you

I'm not sure what their procedure is but I doubt they would cancel it straightaway. I would have thought they would contact you first. Perhaps pay what you can online then phone them first thing in the morning.

There's no option, you can only pay full balance online which is so frustrating, I wish they'd change it

Thank you all, hopefully will be ok, annoying thing is I can pay it all from one card tomorrow just not today. I'm going to call first thing and hope it's all ok. I wish there was just a way of contacting someone here to pay it

If you need to make the final payment won’t you need to pay the full balance anyway?
