Missing case

Just landed at Manchester this morning , 2 cases came out pretty much straight away and one has gone missing . First time we’ve flown premium and were thinking great get out of the airport quickly spent over an hour looking for the case and then reporting it missing. Rotten end to a fab holiday 😡

Try not to worry (easier said that done I know). This has happened to me both on the way out and the way home.

Unfortunately most of the missing case (the first time a case went missing) were shopping for my son and lots of gifts, we were frantic. 3 cases went missing in total, and each were returned one by one via a taxi. The first case a few later, the second case about a week later and the third case about one month later.

The main thing was, we got the cases back in the end. Rest assured behind the scenes those that can will be working tirelessly to reunite you. I'm so sorry for you though, it's an awful end to a holiday.

It has presents in for our son and daughter having trudged the outlets looking for particular trainers and Calvin Klein handbags etc

Also had my good camera in which I told DH not to take but he insisted and never even used it 😡

Sorry to hear this - it's always the one with the presents in it that goes missing
But
Why oh why would you put a good camera in your hold luggage?
That unfortunately could be too much of a temptation for someone 🙄

Didn’t realise Dh had until the case went missing and he only told me then because he had put his Nintendo switch and games in the other one and was worried about that 😡

This happened to DH last time. About an hour after we got home case turned up on our doorstep via courier.
