How to order at Wagamamas?

Great if you like cold food. Last time I went to a Wagamama I had to send my meal back 3 times as it was barely lukewarm when it arrived.

You talk about being polite but not only is your comment personal but also rude. Please let me know when you next intend to eat at wagamas and i will make sure I don't book for the same time!

I can’t think where it was where we went and 1 meal was late coming out. It was my dh and he said eat yours or it will be cold - we had actually finished ours by the time his finally came out which I thought was well out of order (but was too polite to say anything - tbh we shouldn't have HAD to say anything because it’s pretty obvious that it’s not acceptable that all the other plates are ready to be cleared as one is being brought out.
