Please help - have a nightmare contacting Aquatica

I am trying to book a cabana as travelling with DS who is disabled and need to be assured of shade.

Try to book online but can't because Jersey where we live is not in the dropdown list of countries - had no option to call them - waited for 40 minutes - can't use the callback feature as you can't put in international numbers! :angry:

Eventually get through and assistant can't seem to understand that Jersey is not New Jersey or that it's not part of the UK or that we are not in England. She can't process the payment either for the same reason so I ask if she can escalate this to someone else who can help as they won't reserve a cabana without payment even though its their issue that's stopping from being able to pay!

Put on hold for 20 mins then the line goes dead!

Does anyone have any other way of contacting Aquatica - tried twitter, media department and email - no response.

Panic over - after holding on for another hour the supervisor managed to get the payment to process - good job it was a Skype call - imagine the cost on a landline!
