What time does my dibb family go to bed?

Usually between 9.30-10, then I'm up at 6 for work and on my days off wake up at 5.30...

When I'm off the next day I'll try and stay up till 11, I'm so rock star!

My Mum can’t share a room either. We do have a spare room, but we are only in a tiny house, a TV in the room next door would keep me awake too.
I would miss him terribly in a different room too, even the snoring 😴

Go up between 9-9.30pm, watch tv for an hour or so.
Friday nights are different though ... I like to be up in bed teeth brushed , dog been out and in bed for 9pm to watch gogglebox 😘 then will watch more tv or you tube after that.

I work nights so it’s usually 7:30am. On my nights off it’s around midnight but usually lights out around 1:30.

Sometime between 9.15 and 10, depending on what we’re watching on TV. I try so hard to stay up later, but I just can’t do it! When OH was working away, I was often in bed by 9pm

Night owls here. 11.30 to midnight usually. Retired though so no need to wake early. When working usual time was around 10.30 to 11.00 even though up at 7.00am

I head into bed usually between 8-9pm and then watch something or play on my phone and sleep usually about 11pm

Mid week, Bed between 1am and 2am, up for between half 6 and 7am.. Weekend may have a late night and stay up till say 3am depending.. Still get up same time ish, half 7 is a sleep in
