Not on your life they waited until after Christmas or I pull the sale after 7 months of being messed around.
I hope things go well for you and you get your sale as soon as possible .
Thank you, it’s a horrible feeling, I’m finding it very difficult to concentrate on anything else! If things are not concluded by Tuesday the house will be back on the market.

I would tell them it's going back on the market on Fri if no movement. Irs so hard.
We moved last year. Right at the end the people buying the house below ours wrntbin holiday to Spain and she had her baby 11 weeks early! All was still ok but it got to exchange we found out they didn't have a mortgage in place! Our poor buyer was so stressed with it all! We nearly lost thus house! All worked out eventually!

We own a removal company and we have seen house sales fall through on the actual day of the move
So to me its not unusual for there to be many hic cups long the way .

We are very happy to report we moved into our new house on Wednesday 😊
We did have to but our house back on the market to show we were serious about pulling out if things didn’t conclude for 3rd November. We finally got confirmation that our buyers had funds on the Friday, everything was signed on Tuesday afternoon and we got to move on Wednesday. I’m so relieved but hopefully we will not have to go through it all ever again, although never say never🤣.

Thank you so much, definitely not something I would want to go through again. We love the new home and are unpacking the hundreds of boxes!
Looking forward to a time when our family can come and visit and enjoy all our new space!

Woooo glad you managed to get there. Weve had another 2 week delay so due to move a week on monday fingers crossed. Our buyers solicitor made some errors on some first homebuyers fund paperwork hence the delay!
