Am I mad?
For even contemplating sending a chocolate Easter gift to Cambodia, given the climate of the country? I would like to try to brighten up a couple of persons’ lives. The parcel would take between 14 and 17 days to get there.

You could send sweets instead of chocolate, like Swizzels, Haribo, Love Hearts, etc. Some places do some really nice sweet hampers.
When we used to do the shoe boxes at Christmas we were always told to put sweets in and not chocolate, due to the weather.
