Cancellation terms changed for Disney & Universal?
Am I going mad or have both Disney and Universal very recently changed their cancellation terms?
I think it was about a month ago Universal was 24hrs cancellation but now it's 7 days. A couple of weeks ago I thought Disney were advertising free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival but now it looks like the old standard terms are back. Am I missing something on their websites re cancellation, did I imagine those terms - ie book with confidence, flexible cancellation during uncertain times, etc? Edited at 07:05 PM. |
