Thanks for the heads up. Just moved our payment date from May until 2nd July. Ironically the same date that we need to pay our Attraction Tickets balance by!

I've asked Ocean Florida to delay my final payment (May 14th) on two seperate occasions (via their preferred contact form) and they have completely ignored me. On hold now waiting to speak to somebody. As they've had all but £1600 of my balance for over a year I don't think it is too much to ask, let's see...

We have booked for October, hubby and i are both vaccinated and fingers crossed Biden and Dublin will let us travel in October. Northern Ireland are currently vaccinating their 40+ so hopefully by summer they will be in the 20+ and my son and his girlfriend will both have had 2 vaccines before we travel. Final payment is due in July. I have to think positively as we haven't visited since 2019 :-(

Which providers are offering to move the balance payment date back? Mine is due on May 14th and Ocean Florida have given me a hard "No" to my request to offer some extra time for things to play out. Whilst the lady from Customer Service was very polite and helpful, ultimately they were unwilling to budge.

I've told them that it seems that having booked in November 2019 (and over £4k being paid to them) that I am getting a worse deal in terms of assistance than those who have booked since. It would be interesting to understand what other people's experience is in terms of pushing balance payment dates back as I can then go to OF and ask why they are unwilling to show some good will and common sense.
